Our wine bistro is a truly unique experience. We offer 64 wines served by the ounce or by the glass through the most innovative wine dispensing system in the world, the Enomatic Wine Serving System. We also offer one of Omaha’s largest martini menus proudly crafted by Master Mixologist, Jeff Gamble. We invite you to relax and create your own wine tasting experience, then wander over to our retail store to zero in on something to take home.

By the Ounce, or by the Glass

If you have ever wanted to taste a $100 wine without having to buy the bottle, this is your opportunity. Welcome to the Enomatic Wine Serving System! Brix was the first establishment in Omaha to install this unique system from Tuscany, Italy which employs a vacuum sealed environment that perfectly preserves wine from the first pour of a bottle to the last. Different than most wine bars that may have just a few bottles open for tasting, this system allows Brix to offer 64 different wines by the ounce or by the glass, every day. The Enomatic Wine Serving System uses an Enomatic smart card technology, allowing customers to dispense the desired amount of wine into their glass while the dollar amount is automatically credited to the smart card.

Chef's Plate Cuisine at Brix

Executive Chef Erik Rickard has created a delectable array of Chef's Plate menu items. Signature menu items include Tempura Shrimp, Sautéed Scallops, Spinach Salad, Gnocchi Bolognese, Beef Carpaccio, Crab Cakes, Peanut Butter Fudge and much more.
